In MAY 2024, at the Fine Arts Museum in Grigore Antipa str., no. 2, the public can admire “The Resurrection of Jesus” (tempera on wood).
“The work is part of the icon collection of the museum, it is composed of twelve registers and made in post-Byzantine style. The 12 registers are positioned around a larger box in which the scene of the Savior’s Resurrection and Descent into Hell is played. The icon was recently restored, for the purpose of exhibiting as a work of the month, due to the celebration of Holy Easter.”
